• Watchman is not normally warranted

• Partial occupancy permitted
• Broad form includes $50,000 transit and offsite storage
• No exclusion of settling, cracking, shrinking or expanding (would be excluded if caused by flood waters)
• No testing exclusion
• Rehabs and incomplete projects OK
• Pro-rata extensions available
• Up to $15,000,000 limit
• Protection class 8/9/10 can be written
